Based on COM07 adopted FAC05 Recommendation 9: FAC05 recommends that COM07 task the Secretariat to review its staffing levels, including the Data Coordinator position, in line with recommendations in the NPFC Performance Review, for review at FAC06. A report was commissioned from Drs. Penelope (Penny) Ridings and Joji Morishita.
