Transshipment Summary
The attached paper summarizes the reported transshipment activities in the NPFC Convention Area to 2021 and provides some statistics on comparison of reported transshipment positions vs those submitted through VMS. An update is also provided on Secretariat plans to revamp the automated data entry system for transshipments.
