Proposal of a template for collecting scientific observer data from NPFC bottom fisheries
We propose a draft of template for collecting scientific observer data from bottom fishing vessels in the NPFC convention area, to facilitate discussion to establish the scheme to collect, compile and provide scientific data. We would like to ask Members and the Secretariat to examine the proposed template in order to find potential difficulties.
