The NPFC Performance Review – implementation considerations Review by subsidiary bodies and Chairs

The NPFC, through an intersessional decision-making process after COM06, agreed to conduct a performance review. This performance review report (https://www.npfc.int/report-2022-npfc-performance-review) was presented at COM07 with the decision that individual subsidiary bodies would review the recommendations and consider their status and implementation. This working paper provides a spreadsheet with the recommendations and, if adopted, implementation considerations that have been developed through subsidiary bodies and input from Chairs. As the list is lengthy, some cross cutting and priority issues are identified at the conclusion of this paper for discussion and directions from COM08.
