Proposal to Amend CMM-2024-03 on Transshipments
In accordance with the taskings from TCC 07 and COM 08 to develop a regional observer program for transshipment by COM 09, the Small Working Group on Planning and Development proposes the attached amendments to the existing CMM on Transshipments. These amendments are required to ensure alignment and cohesion between this CMM and the proposed new Transshipment Observer Program CMM.
